ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO CANCELLATION OR EXCHANGES on any orders for any reason.
We offer payment plans through SEZZLE and SHOP PAY, we accept all major Credit Cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, America Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club. As soon as your order is placed your credit card/debit card will be charged right then.
Your billing address MUST match your shipping address. If different, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validation of your credit card or PayPal account, before any orders are shipped .
We have NO tolerance for credit card fraud and/or theft on our site. Any fraudulent activity of any kind will be prosecuted. #THEEND
Ladies and or gentlemen on your behalf please do not wait until the last minute to place your orders. If you have any special events like..weddings, bachelorette parties, gender reveal gatherings, concerts, OUT-OF-THE-COUNTRY vacations, and hair appointments scheduled. Please do not wait until the last second to place an order.
Please purchase your hair in a timely fashion, to save us both the headache and stress, to avoid any unexpected delays that may happen to occur.
Please don’t hold us hostage or accountable for delay in shipping due to poor weather conditions, holidays, catastrophic disasters, or carrier delays. These circumstances are beyond our scope of business and control.
FAILED DELIVERIES DUE TO INCORRECT OR/AND UNCOMPLETED SHIPPING ADDRESS is not our responsibility, therefore please be sure to double check the address information you provide before you complete your order.
Things to double check...
1. FULL NAME /ADDRESS SPELLED CORRECTLY
2. COMPLETE STREET NAME
3 APARTMENT/BUILDING NUMBERS
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping to the address you have provided.
If an address correction procedure is needed after your order is placed or after your order has shipped you will be charged $10.00 to make the correction or to reship your delivery.
Under no circumstances, will there be any REFUNDS ISSUED FOR NON -DELIVERIES .
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect and or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the $10.00 that I mentioned above to have your order reshiped.
LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
We recommend that you tracked your package until it reaches you. If there is any discrepancies during delivery transit we are NOT held accountable nor responsible. You will need to contact your local post office immediately to initiate a trace investigation for your package. This investigation can take up to 10 business days. If your investigation is resolved I will reship your order. If your investigation is not resolved, unfortunately I cannot offer replacement of your order.
